2008 WECC annual meeting was held successfully in Bangalore

2008 WECC annual meeting was held successfully in Bangalore. The host organization IPCA Chairman Anil Kumar opened the meeting and welcomed all WECC delegates to the 14th WECC meeting held in conjunction with the IPCA show in Bangalore.  He expressed his appreciation for everyone¡¯s attendance and it gave IPCA pleasure to host such important event. All WECC member associations presented the WECC annual meeting.

On behalf of all WECC members, meeting chair Anil Kumar expressed appreciations to the past Secretary General, David Bergman, Vice President of IPC for his serving and contribution to WECC from 1998 to 2008. Meeting Chairman presented the gift, one cup with his name and serving term on it to David Bergman. Then the new WECC Secretary General, Mr. Kevin Yan presented another Cup, with all 8 WECC member name on it to David Bergman. David Bergman expressed his thanks to the support of all WECC members, especially to Shishido of JPCA as former Deputy Secretary General and expressed the appreciation of serving WECC which enriched himself and association as well. He express that he would like continue to contribute to WECC as the representative from IPC.
 CPCA reported the final report of ECWC11 and the meeting approved the report. Other important issues such as WECC working plans and ECWC13 host were discussed.
